Prevision is led by Alex Yim, who is passionate about ERP Change Management and collaborating with clients to deliver practical and effective Change Actions as well as helping to grow and embed in-house Change capability.

Alex Yim

Alex is a Organisational Change & Transformation expert with 25 years’ experience in delivering technology-led transformation programmes, including SAP S4/HANA, Workday and Office 365 as well as Target Operating Model implementations.

His expertise lies in translating technical scope to the business users’ need through Change Management, Learning & Adoption, Communications, Benefits Management and Organisation Design. 

Working on global multi-phased programmes, Alex has designed and embedded global Change Management Frameworks and BAU learning models for continuous improvement and user adoption.
